Tivoli Theatre Menu
John Mackey, out happy chef, has been with us on and off for 30 years since we started our first theatre restaurant in Warrandyte (the Bull 'n' Bush).
He works hard getting the food out to customers quickly - hot and very tasty - under theatre restaurant conditions.
In his spare time, he loves table tennis, keeping his eyes down at Bingo and shouting and screaming during his favorite pastime... watching Collingwood - "The Pies" - whenever he can.
This of course gives him manu ups and downs... but it never seems to affect his cooking.
